Thinking Process
PHASE 1: VISUAL DECONSTRUCTION
- **Fabric Physics:** The source garment is a cotton jersey knit (matte finish). Unlike the user's current stiff woven cotton/denim shirt, the target garment has high pliability and low bending resistance. It absorbs light rather than reflecting it. The simulation must exhibit soft, micro-folds rather than hard creases.
- **Key Features:** The "USPA" typographic logo in white and the horizontal yellow stripe with "SINCE 1890" text are critical anchor points that must not be distorted by warping. The crew neckline and deep-cut sleeveless armholes must be accurately rendered, replacing the current collared structure.
PHASE 2: FIT & DRAPE SIMULATION
- **Body Mapping:** The source garment is a sleeveless muscle tee. The simulation requires substantial generative in-painting to reconstruct the user's bare arms and shoulders, which are currently covered by long sleeves. The fabric should hang loosely from the shoulder deltoids, draping vertically with a slight gathering at the waist due to the garment's relaxed fit. It should not taper tightly like the current button-down.
- **Occlusion Handling:** The user's hands are visible at the bottom of the frame; the garment must pass *behind* the thumbs/wrists if the length reaches that far (though likely it will sit higher). The user's neck area, currently obscured by a collar, must be reconstructed to show skin up to the new crew neckline.
PHASE 3: ENVIRONMENT & LIGHTING
- **Light Match:** The user environment utilizes diffuse, cool-toned indoor artificial lighting, casting soft shadows to the user's left and rear (visible on the blue wall). The high-contrast studio sheen of the source garment must be flattened. Shadows on the new garment must originate from the top-front-right relative to the camera to match the room's ambient occlusion.
- **Color Calibration:** The vibrant royal blue of the source garment must be slightly desaturated and color-graded to match the lower dynamic range of the user's photo. The white logo must not appear "pure white" (255, 255, 255) but rather a light grey-white to match the white balance of the room (referencing the bed sheets/pillow).
PHASE 4: IDENTITY PROTECTION
- **Facial Lock:** The user's entire head region, from the chin upwards including the moustache, ears, and hairstyle, must be masked and frozen.
- **Body Integrity:** Strict prohibition on altering the user's torso volume or shoulder width. The generative skin synthesis for the arms must match the melanin and texture of the user's face and hands perfectly. Do not impart the muscle definition of the source model onto the target user; maintain the user's natural build.
