Thinking Process
PHASE 1: VISUAL DECONSTRUCTION
- **Fabric Physics:** The source garment is a grey melange cotton jersey. It possesses low specularity (matte finish) and high flexibility. It functions as a soft-body knit, meaning it should exhibit micro-wrinkles at compression points and stretch slightly over curvature without stiff angular folds.
- **Key Features:** The heather/melange texture (speckled grey pattern) is the defining visual characteristic and must be preserved to avoid looking like flat grey fill. The ribbed binding on the neckline and armholes, as well as the double-stitched bottom hem, must remain visible.
PHASE 2: FIT & DRAPE SIMULATION
- **Body Mapping:** The user is in a side/three-quarter profile leaning forward. The source image is frontal; extensive geometric warping is required. The grey tank top has wider straps than the user's current black top; these must sit flush on the shoulders. Due to the leaning pose, the fabric should stretch tight across the upper back and shoulder blades, potentially gathering slightly at the lower back just above the jean waistline due to gravity. The armhole on the visible side must conform to the arm's backward extension.
- **Occlusion Handling:**
1. **Hair:** The user's long, wavy hair cascades down the back. This is a critical occlusion layer. The grey fabric must be rendered *behind* the hair strands.
2. **Left Arm:** The left arm is pressed against the glass railing and the body. The garment must appear compressed in the underarm area and obscured by the upper arm.
3. **Railing:** The glass railing acts as a semi-transparent foreground element; the bottom hem of the shirt may be partially occluded or refracted by the glass if it hangs low.
PHASE 3: ENVIRONMENT & LIGHTING
- **Light Match:** The target environment uses natural, diffuse outdoor lighting (overcast/city haze) coming primarily from the left/front of the subject. The back of the subject (facing the camera) is in soft shadow. The grey garment must adopt this gradient: brighter on the user's left side (front torso) and gradually shading into darker grey on the back and under the arm.
- **Color Calibration:** The source image has neutral studio lighting. The target scene has a slightly cool/blue cast from the sky and glass, mixed with warm skin tones. The grey pixel values must be color-graded to absorb the ambient blue reflected from the railing and sky to integrate seamlessly.
PHASE 4: IDENTITY PROTECTION
- **Facial Lock:** Absolute freeze on the user's facial profile, jawline, ear, and neck structure. The hairline and the specific volume/shape of the hair must remain pixel-perfect.
- **Body Integrity:** No warping of the user's skeletal structure. The user's gluteal curve and the fit of the denim jeans must remain 100% unaltered. The new garment must sit *on* the skin, not replace the body volume.
