Thinking Process

PHASE 1: VISUAL DECONSTRUCTION - **Fabric Physics:** The source garment is a printed cotton or cotton-linen blend. It possesses a matte finish with diffuse light scattering (no specular highlights). The simulation must treat this as a semi-structured lightweight woven fabric—it will hold creases but drape vertically under gravity rather than clinging to the skin like jersey or spandex. - **Key Features:** The intricate black paisley block-print pattern and the specific dark borders on the V-neckline and sleeve cuffs must remain sharp. The side vents (slits) at the bottom hem are structurally critical and must be rendered to allow the hips to move without distorting the straight cut of the tunic. PHASE 2: FIT & DRAPE SIMULATION - **Body Mapping:** The user is in a profile/side-profile pose with a slight torso twist. The source image is frontal. The texture map must be wrapped 90 degrees. Unlike the current form-fitting purple top, the Kurta is a loose-fit tunic. It must hang straight down from the bust point, creating a gap between the fabric and the user's lower back/waist area. The 3/4 sleeve must accommodate the bent left elbow, causing fabric bunching/wrinkling at the inner elbow crease and tension across the outer elbow. - **Occlusion Handling:** The user's long hair falls over the left shoulder and back. This is a critical occlusion layer; the hair must be segmented and composited *over* the new garment's fabric. The garment will extend below the waist, covering the waistband of the jeans; the jeans should be occluded by the kurta's hem. The bracelet on the left wrist will likely remain visible below the 3/4 sleeve cuff. PHASE 3: ENVIRONMENT & LIGHTING - **Light Match:** The user image has a strong, harsh light source coming from the front-left (creating specular highlights on the face and shoulder). The flat-lit source garment must be re-shaded to match this high-contrast lighting. Shadows must be generated on the right side of the garment (towards the back) and under the left arm/bust area. - **Color Calibration:** The stark white of the kurta must accept a subtle warm cast to match the user's skin tone reflection and a slight red bounce light on the shadowed side from the vibrant red background. The black print must remain deep charcoal, not washed out. PHASE 4: IDENTITY PROTECTION - **Facial Lock:** The user's face, jawline, and ear are completely excluded from the generation area. The hair volume and flow must be frozen and preserved as a foreground layer. - **Body Integrity:** Strict prohibition on body warping. The user's arm thickness and torso depth must remain identical. The garment adds volume *on top* of the body; it does not replace the body's volume. The silhouette will widen due to the loose fit of the kurta, but the underlying skeletal structure must not be slimmed.
