Thinking Process
PHASE 1: VISUAL DECONSTRUCTION
- **Fabric Physics:** The source garment is an acid-washed black denim (approx. 12-14oz weight). Unlike the user's current lightweight button-down, this fabric has high structural rigidity and low drape. It captures light with high roughness; the lighter "washed" areas will reflect diffuse environmental light, while the black recesses will absorb it.
- **Key Features:**
- The "SOUL REBEL" beige patch above the left chest pocket must be preserved with high fidelity.
- The four cargo-style patch pockets must retain their 3D volumetric depth (they should not look like flat textures).
- The V-neck collar construction and the frayed/distressed texture of the denim wash must be maintained.
- **Correction:** The manufacturer tags (hang tags) visible in the source image must be digitally removed.
PHASE 2: FIT & DRAPE SIMULATION
- **Body Mapping:**
- Due to the rigid nature of denim, the vest will not cling to the user's torso like the current shirt. It must hang somewhat "boxy" and straight from the shoulders, bridging the gap between the chest and hips rather than contouring into the waist.
- The garment is sleeveless. The simulation must account for the armholes sitting flush against the deltoids without pinching.
- Since the vest appears to be an open-front style, the center seam should hang slightly apart, revealing the chest/under-layer, following gravity vertically rather than curving with the user's slight hip tilt.
- **Occlusion Handling:**
- **Hair:** The user's hair is voluminous but stays above the collar line; minimal occlusion management is needed here.
- **Accessories:** The orange thread/bracelet on the user's right wrist must remain visible and unaltered.
- **Hands:** The hands are at the sides; ensure the hem of the stiff vest does not clip through the thumbs or wrists.
PHASE 3: ENVIRONMENT & LIGHTING
- **Light Match:** The user is standing in a hallway with yellow walls and overhead artificial lighting (evident by the floor shadows). The lighting is top-down and diffuse. The denim vest must cast a shadow downward onto the user's pants/legs, matching the density of the shadow cast by the current shirt.
- **Color Calibration:** The user's environment has a strong warm/yellow cast. The cool-toned black/grey of the acid-wash denim must undergo color grading to accept a warm yellow ambient bounce, ensuring it looks like it is physically present in the hallway and not pasted from a white-light studio.
PHASE 4: IDENTITY PROTECTION
- **Facial Lock:** Absolute freeze on the user's facial geometry, skin tone, and hairstyle. The jawline and neck width must remain exactly as they are.
- **Body Integrity:** The user has a lean build. While the denim vest adds *garment* volume due to material thickness, the underlying skeletal structure and body mass of the user must not be slimmed or bulked. The transition from the vest hem to the white trousers must remain anatomically aligned with the user's current stance.
