Thinking Process
PHASE 1: VISUAL DECONSTRUCTION
- **Fabric Physics:** The source garment is a cotton jersey knit (tank top). It possesses a matte finish with low light reflectivity and medium weight. The simulation must treat the fabric as pliable but with enough structural integrity to hold the shape of the armholes without excessive drooping. It should deform softly around the pectorals rather than creasing sharply.
- **Key Features:** The large white "USPA" typographic logo across the chest and the horizontal yellow stripe containing "SINCE 1890" are critical anchor points; these must not be warped illegibly during warping. The ribbed crew neckline and the specific cut of the sleeveless armholes (deep cut vs. standard) must be preserved.
PHASE 2: FIT & DRAPE SIMULATION
- **Body Mapping:** The target user is standing with hands clasped behind the back, which forces the chest forward and shoulders back (military-style posture). The source tank top must stretch slightly horizontally across the pectorals due to this expansion. Unlike the source image where the shirt hangs loose, gravity will pull the fabric vertically straight down from the chest peak, likely creating a small gap between the fabric and the mid-abdomen.
- **Occlusion Handling:** The torso is largely unobstructed, as hands are hidden behind the back. However, the chin casts a soft shadow onto the upper neck/collar area; this shadow layer must be applied *over* the new neckline. Note: Since the target wears sleeves and the source is sleeveless, the simulation must accurately inpaint/generate skin texture for the user's deltoids and upper arms where the previous sleeves covered them.
PHASE 3: ENVIRONMENT & LIGHTING
- **Light Match:** The target environment utilizes soft, diffuse studio lighting, originating from the upper-left (viewer's perspective), casting subtle shadows to the right side of the user's body. The new royal blue fabric must exhibit diffuse shading on the user's left side (viewer's right) to match the existing jeans and skin lighting.
- **Color Calibration:** The source garment is a vibrant royal blue under high-key lighting. It needs to be slightly desaturated and exposure-balanced to match the slightly cooler, neutral white-balance of the target user's studio setting.
PHASE 4: IDENTITY PROTECTION
- **Facial Lock:** Absolute pixel preservation required for the user's face, hair, and neck structure up to the Adam's apple. The hairline and facial expression must remain untouched.
- **Body Integrity:** The user's broad shoulder width and muscular build must be maintained. Do not slim the torso or alter the trapezius muscles. The skin tone generated for the exposed arms (due to the sleeveless switch) must perfectly match the user's existing face and forearm skin tone.
